Ircam-Centre Pompidou will host on 19/5/2018 the final presentation of the results of the educational programme Creative Workshops (ateliers de la creation). 

The programme has been staged in France since 2010 in dozens of vocational high schools and colleges on the initiative of the Institut de Recherche et Coordination Acoustique/Musique (IRCAM) and the Pompidou Centre (Musée National d'Art Moderne).

For the last two years the Creative Workshops have been realized within the framework of the Interfaces Network. 

The selected schools for the period 2017-2018 were La Saulaie in Saint-Marcellin – 30 students from the 2nd year professional baccalaureate program specialized in “Maintenance of Industrial Equipment” and Lycée Agricole Louis Pasteur in Marmilhat – 30 students from the 2nd year professional baccalaureate program specialized in “Nature, Landscape Gardens and Forest”.

The students from La Saulaie in Saint-Marcellin were inspired by the exhiibition of Matt Coco “in caso di nebbia” , while the students from Lycée Agricole Louis Pasteur in Marmilhat were inspired by the exhibition of  Marc Lathuillière.

The final presentation of the student’s artworks and musical compositions will be on 19th of May, 2018 at Centre Pompidou, in the context of the 2018 edition of the European “Nuit des Musées.
