My name is Anna Lerchbaumer and I am born in 1989. I live and work in Vienna.
I try to understand, research and contribute to terms like globalization, modernity and pilgrimage. Sources of inspiration are physical surroundings, for example parking lots, elevators and many other (wo)manmade sights. My spatial sensibility is most probably encouraged by my degree in architecture. I appreciate a humors approach, not fearing the pop culture and all other sources of information and material. I am a cross-media cartographer with a scientific claim. Investigating on disjuncture of the now and the future, preferring the flow of images and a loud sound. Works has been shown at Galerie Michaela Stock, Zentrale and Krinzinger Projekte.
